This is just too easy. Take the chicken stock you've made, I make mine plain so I can flavor it how ever I want to later on. Take 2 cups of the stock, put in blender or food processor, add the celery and carrots, just chunked up, blend until veggies almost disappear (great way to get veggies into kids). Add back to the remaining stock, heat to boiling, then turn down to med/low heat and add cooked diced chicken, and orzo. Cook gently until orzo is done. Salt and pepper to taste,
