Chai Tea Mix

Introduction

I wasn't sure if I'd like this without the non dairy creamer (just don't care for it) that most recipes call for, but I thought that I'd tweak a recipe and found that I do! Play around with the spices to suit your taste. Ingredients

    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. instant tea, unsweetened
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 T. instant vanilla pudding mix
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cardamom
    1/4 tsp. cloves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in air-tight container and mix well to combine.

To prepare a cup, combine 3 T. of mix with 8 oz. of boiling water. Relax and enjoy!
