Introduction

A good way to use up veggies, chicken and mashed potatoes A good way to use up veggies, chicken and mashed potatoes
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package frozen mixed veggies
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup ( I like my saucy not dry)
    1 cup of milk( 1% )
    a breast of a rotissery chicken or about 3 cups or so cut up
    4.5 cups of mashed potatos I use water to mash so that is less calorie

    salt pepper and other seasonings to your taste.

Directions

Mi x all except mashed potatoes and put in bottom of casserole dish. Top with potatoes and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
Makes about 10 1 cup servings.
