Pork loin (or chops work too) Water Spices to taste -- we use fresh rosemary and basil.
Place pork in a 9x13 baking dish. Spear rosemary into pork; top with basil. Season with a bit of salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Fill dish with water until pork is covered completely. Cook at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until pork is white and cooked through.
