    "Secrets to Cooking TexMex"Rotel Tomatoes (google same)

Directions

Saute Chopped Scallions in broth &Tomatoes (Rotel )Brand
Add 2 -15 oz Cans Black Beans, Simmer 20-30 Minutes
Remove from heat and stir in 1 Cup Cilantro leaves
