Honey & Cinnamon-Glazed Carrots
Introduction
I love these carrots... They make a great, sweet side dish with a nice kick. They come out more or less al dente when I cook them on high for 4 hours in the slow cooker, so if you like your carrots mushier, leave them in for longer.Original recipe from Stephanie the Crockpot Lady. :)

Ingredients

One package large carrots (about 6-8 carrots, 1 lb total)
1/2 c orange juice
2 T honey
1 Tbsp margarine/butter/blend
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Peel and chop carrots to whatever size you like.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours.
When done cooking, stir to mix the spices.
Makes... 6 servings?
