Introduction

very good for a cold night very good for a cold night
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    beef sirloin tip roast.(2.5lbs) 1.5 cups of diced raw potatoes,2 cups raw chopped baby carrots,3 cans of beef broth.6 green onions chopped finely, 1.5 cups of diced celery.

Directions

add one can beef broth and roast in dutch oven. roast in oven covered for 1 hour at 350. removed roast from broth and shred with fork. place back in pot with broth. add 2 more cans of broth and the chopped veggies. stir, cover and cook on low-med heat for about an hour or until carrots are tender. makes about 12 good size bowls.
