Introduction

High fiber-protein cookie High fiber-protein cookie
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup Oats
    1 Cup Skim Milk Powder
    1 T raisins
    1 T chocolate chips
    1 Cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 t baking powder
    3 T whole wheat flour
    2 t brown sugar
    1/4 t salt
    1 t cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients together
Add Applesauce and Mix
Adjust if too dry or too wet
Make 3 large mounds between 2 cookie sheets or 6 medium rounds
Spray your cookie sheets with PAM
Bake for 15-20 minutes
