Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups minute rice
    3 chicken breasts

Directions

Shred chicken breast and brown in a frying pan. Add cream of chicken soup, 2 1/2 cups of water, and the 2 cups of rice. Bring to a boil, then simmer until excess liquid has cooked out.

Makes about 3 servings.
