Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    1.5 cups soft bread crumbs
    0.25 cups chopped onion
    0.25 cups water
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp soy sauce (we use low sodium)
    dash ground ginger

Directions

mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 6 patties. Broil 4-5" from broiler for 10 minutes, turning once.

Makes 6 large patties.
