Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 32 oz (remove)
    Parsley, dried, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *plain breadcrumbs, 2 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

Spray pam in loaf pan, preheat oven to 400 degrees. mix spices, ground beef, eggs & breadcrumbs & 1/2 cup milk together well with hands...press into loaf pan. cook at 400 for 50-60 mins, let cool. makes six servings.
