Ingredients

    Mangos, 1 cup, sliced

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup

    *krusteaz oat bran muffin mix, 3/4 cup

    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked

Directions

Put diced mango in the oven safe dish, sprinkle with brown sugar. Whisk together the egg beaters with muffin mix and pour mixture over mango and bake about 35 min ,355 F
