    Ingredients:


    Lentils, 1 cup
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.5 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)


Directions

wash and soak the lentils and brown rice for 10 mins.. boil them with 5 cups of water till well done.. add salt pepper nd red chillie powder.. simple nd quick.. u can add ur choice of veggies ot make it more fuller..
