Roasted Italian Chicken

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 large roasting chicken (around 2.10kgs)
    2 tbsps of Italian (Tuscan) seasonings
    1 whole peeled onion
    Spray of oilve oil

Directions

In a baking dish lined with baking paper, place a 2.10kgs sized chicken. Stuff a whole onion inside the chicken.

Over top spray enough oilve oil to cover the chicken.

Sprinkle the Italian seasonings over top.

Bake at 200F for 45 minutes (until golden brown), and then at 180F for another 45minutes, or until juices run clear.

Can cook the chicken in an oven bag, but cooking times may change slightly.

Serve with either roasted vegetables or a salad.
