Italian Chicken and Pasta Soup

Introduction

I can't take complete credit for this soup. I actually adapted it from someone's zucchini soup on here, but this worked out soooo well, that I decided to post it!! Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chk. Brsts.
    1 can Great Northern Beans drained
    1 Lrg. Can Tomatoes, ( I used stewed tomatoes cause that's what I had, but whatever tomatoes, undrained)
    3 Cups broth. 2 veg/1 chk.
    1 Cup Onion
    1 Cup Zucchini
    1 1/2 Cup Bow Tie pasta
    2 t.Emeril's Italian Seasoning
    Garlic, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Directions

This is so easy and so yummy!! You are gonna love it!!

Boil your chicken for like 20 minutes. Then let cool and shred.
I use bouillon cubes for my broth cause it's super easy, so make your 3 cups of broth and combine all your ingredients into a big pot. (cut up onion and zucchini obviously)
MMmm anyways, bring to a boil and boil on like low medium for 25 minutes, and then dig in cause it's yummy!!!

Also, I am not positive on the servings, but it easily made us 8 bowls full!!! So so good!! and warm and cozy, and ummm you're gonna love it!
