Pizza Dough

Ingredients

350g Flour
7g (1 pack) dry active yeast
180ml lukewarm water
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Stir yeast and 40ml warm water together in a bowl and leave for 20 min until it's bubbling
Add oil and remaining water to bowl and stir
Stir flour and salt together in a large bowl, mae a well in the centre, the pour in yeast mixture. Use you hands or a spoon to combine and bring dough together.
Dump out on to a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes or so until smooth and elastic.
Place dough into a large oiled bowl, turn the dough in the bowl a few times so it's well coated. Cover with cling fil and leave in a warm place ntil it has risen to about double it's size (1-2 hours).
Divide dough into two and reseve one half for a later date.
When risen, roll out and top with topping of choice. Cook at 230C for 12-15 minutes or top and edges are a nice golden brown.
