Ingredients

6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
2 tsp. chili powder, divided
2 tsp. ground cumin, divided
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup Salsa
1 1/2 cup Mexican 2% Milk Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped
2 TBS green onions, chopped
6 black olives, sliced
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
Directions
HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PLACE tortillas in single layer on baking sheet. Spray 1 side of tortillas with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp. chili powder & cumin. Bake 7 to 8 min. or until crisp.
MEANWHILE, cook meat and remaining 1 tsp. chili powder & cumin in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. or until meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Drain and return to pan. Add beans and salsa; cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in half of the cheese.
SPREAD meat mixture evenly on tortillas; top with remaining cheese, black olives, green onions, lettuce, tomatoes, corn and sour cream.
