Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Introduction

Fabulous and better for you than the pre-made versions! Fabulous and better for you than the pre-made versions!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 c old fashioned oatmeal
    6 scoops chocolate protein powder (or vanilla if preferred)
    5 TBSP Peanut Butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 C flax seed (optional) Adds nutty flavor
    1/2 C unsweetened light soymilk

Directions

Lightly coat an 8x8 baking dish with olive oil
Combine all ingredients except soy milk. Then add soy milk and mix thoroughly.

Press dough into pan a place in fridge for a couple hours until firm. Cut into 9 squares and individually wrap in plastic.
