If you've ever glanced at the nutritional info, you know that those smoothies often pack upwards of 600 to 800 calories and tons of sugar. Here's a toned down smoothie that's just as tasty. If you've ever glanced at the nutritional info, you know that those smoothies often pack upwards of 600 to 800 calories and tons of sugar. Here's a toned down smoothie that's just as tasty.

Ingredients

    1/2 c. frozen unsweetened "sweet" cherries
    1/2 c. frozen pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. frozen mango cubes
    1/2 c. ft-free milk
    1/4 c. fat-free, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp. honey (optional)

Directions

1. In a blender with ice-crushing ability, combine the cherries, pineapple, mango, milk, and yogurt and blend on high speed or the Ice Crush stting until smooth. Stir in the honey, if using, and serve.

Per serving: 232 calories, 9g protein, 51g carbohydrates, less than 1g fat (trace saturated), 4mg cholesterol, 5g fiber, 114mg sodium
