1 can Coconut Milk
1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Thai Curry Powder
.5 tsp Ginger Powder
.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Heat mixture on HIGH in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until heated (apx. 5 minutes)
Serve on rice, with chicken
Makes 24--2 Tablespoon servings.
