*Imagine Organic No Chicken Broth, 2 cup (remove)
Silk Soy Milk plus DHA Omega-3, 1 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
*Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Poultry seasoning, 1.5 tsp (remove)
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Take steeped 'no chicken' chicken broth with celery/carrot/ onion- strain and pour into a small sauce pan, add seasonings (poultry, salt, pepper, parsley) and let it come to a boil.
After the mixture has come to a boil add a slurry (Flour and Soy milk mixture whisked together until smooth) and slowly add it to the broth mixture and whisk until smooth.
Turn this new mixture down to a low heat and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, whisking every so often, until thickened.
When you are ready...Eat!
