Thai Hot and Sour Prawn Soup

Introduction

Similar to the low carb version in my cookbook. Similar to the low carb version in my cookbook.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Chicken Broth 1L
    Water 4 cups
    Coconut milk 400ml (Lite)
    1 tsp raw sugar
    1 tbsp rice vinager
    2 tbsp thai chili sauce
    1/4 c soy sauce
    juice 2 limes
    1 tsp lemon grass paste
    1 tsp garlic paste
    1 tsp ginger paste
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1.5 cup bean sprouts
    1.5 cup shredded cabbage
    1/4 cup green onion chopped
    1 bag peeled cooked prawn
    1 cup rice vermicelli noodles

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook 30 min in Slow Cooker
Other ingredients you can add are chicken, more veggies, tofu.
