    brown 1/2 a pound ground turkey and onions, add 1 can French Style green beans, 1 can stewed tomotoes, 1 can bean sprouts and one can mushrooms. Your preference in seasonings, I used a Rosemary blend, Mrs. Dash table seasoning, and black pepper.
