Black Beans (crockpot)

Introduction

I combined a few Crock-pot refried bean recipes to get this. It is also great made with pinto beans. I combined a few Crock-pot refried bean recipes to get this. It is also great made with pinto beans.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Black Beans Dried (uncooked), 5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large Chopped
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 10 cup
    Salt, 1.5 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp
    Cayanne pepper to taste
    Garlic, 4 cloves chopped or pressed

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hours. Mash to desired consistency. I'm guessing at 15 1 cup servings
