Sweet Spaghetti Squash

Introduction

A yummy (and so healthy!) treat for a sweet tooth! A yummy (and so healthy!) treat for a sweet tooth!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 medium sized spaghetti squash (about 2 cups per serving)
    2 tbs. Earth Balance Vegan Butter
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    Stevia to taste (optional!)

Directions

The hardest part about this recipe is cutting the Spaghetti Squash in half length wise... the rest is too simple:

Remove seeds from squash. Place halves in a shallow bowl with about 1cm. of water. Heat in microwave for 7 minutes each side. Once cooled scrape out the inside of squash, stir in butter and cinnamon- and enjoy :)
