Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    celery 397 g
    onion (1med) 102g
    baby carrots sliced (half bag) 208g
    2 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced 288g
    8 C water
    3 cans Fit and Active Chicken broth
    3/4 C white wine
    cloves garlic, minced, about 10
    salt, pepper, poultry seasoning

Directions

chop vegetables, saute until softened, add wine, add chicken broth and water, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, garlic salt if you want, Simmer all. Cube chicken breasts into small pieces,saute, then add to soup mixture. Simmer for 15 min or so until flavors blend. Season with salt and pepper on serving, if necessary. Makes at least 10 Cups. You can add noodles separately if you want, but not included in the calorie count.
