Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients


    * Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, whipped
    * Beet greens, fresh, 2 cup (1" pieces)
    * Beets, fresh, 3 beet (2" dia)
    * Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, strips or slices
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    * Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed
    * Cabbage, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped
    * *baby potatoes-11 potatoes, 1 serving
    * *Dill Weed, 5 tbsp
    * *Vinegar - White, 4 tbsp
    * 10 cups tap water

Directions

Boil the chicken thighs and dill weed until the meat falls off the bone. Add in the vegtables and simmer for about an hour (or until potatoes are tender). Add in the whipping cream and simmer another 10 minutes. Add the vinegar and simmer for an addition 10 minutes.

Can be served over egg noodles.

Makes about 30-1cup servings.
