Ultimate Tuna Salad

Ingredients

    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    * Apples, fresh, .5 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)

    I weigh my tuna, but 3oz of tuna is about half of a large can, drained. If you are using a small 3oz (total weight) can, drain and use the entire can. Tuna has approx 33 cal/oz.
