Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .25 cup, dry, yields
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup
Banana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Egg, fresh, 1 large
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 24 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Combine Wet and Dry ingredients.
Do not overmix.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes total.
