*Onion - raw, 1 cup chopped
*mushroom, fresh, 3 oz
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup
*Bertolli Red Wine Vinegar, 4 tbsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
*Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 6 gram(s)
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Cook squash scoup out & cool. Mix rest in & let sit a couple hours. Enjoy!
