Cauliflower Mac and cheese

Ingredients

    1 family size bag of green giant cauliflower and three cheese sauce
    2 cups of ronzoni smart taste rotini- uncooked
    3 wedges laughing cow light creamy swiss

Directions

-Cook pasta
-cook cauliflower in microwave as directed on bag while pasta is cooking

-drain pasta and add cauliflower to pot
-unwrap cheese wedges and microwave for 30 sec, then stir until smooth and add to pasta and cauliflower
-add salt and pepper to taste
