Peanut Sauce

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp peanut butter
    1 garlic clove crushed and chopped finely
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup water
    some cilantro to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth. Store in fridge.

Makes about 5 servings.
