Ingredients

    6 tbsp Cream Cheese
    4 tbsp light Sour Cream
    8 oz Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)
    a little bit of an Oxo vegetable cube
    a little bit of Spike seasoning
    a little bit of Garlic Salt

Directions

Set cream cheese out to soften. Defrost spinach and squeeze out any water. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together with electric mixer. Add seasonings and spinach and mix well.

12 servings (about 2 tablespoons per serving)
