Ingredients

2 lbs raw Stew Meat
46 oz can Tomato Juice
28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
Raw Onion, Chopped
Raw Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 can Sweet Corn
1 can Sweet Peas
1 can Green Beans
2 cans sliced potatoes (or cut up raw potatoes yourself)
Hot sauce- if desired
Directions
1. Cook meat with chopped onion & green pepper, season with salt & pepper
2. In large pot, combine all ingredients (cooked meat, onion, green pepper, tomato juice, diced tomatoes, corn, peas, beans, potatoes)
3. Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer for 2 hours
4. Add hot sauce if desired for a spicier tasting soup
