1 Can of Diced Tomatoes, No Added Salt
1 Cup of Water
1 TBSP of Olive Oil
2 Fillets of Talapia
3 Garlic Cloves
1/4 A Cup of Marinara Sauce
1 TBSP on Lemon Juice
1 Wedge of Lime Juice
1 Pinch of Salt (To Taste)
Next, add in the diced tomatoes and let simmer on low heat. After you do that add in the marinara sauce and water.
Place the Talapia Fillets in the sauce pan and add in the lemon juice, lime juice and salt.
Cover the sauce pan and let cook for 10-15 minutes or until fillets are fully cooked.
This Makes 2 Servings, Each Fillet is a serving.
