Greek Style Whole Wheat Pizza

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 large Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
    3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    1 Cup fresh Baby Spinach, chopped
    4 oz fresh mushroom, choped
    2 chicken breasts, grilled and chopped
    3 oz Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Press or mince garlic and smear over crust. Spread chopped spinach and mushrooms over crust, then chopped chicken, then cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, just till spinach wilts, but before cheese browns, let sit for a few minutes, then slice into 8 slices.
