Tuna Oodle Noodle Casserole

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Healthy Harvest wide noodles, 14 oz
    Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 21 oz
    Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain 2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Portabella Mushrooms, 6 oz package finely chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    1/2 cup diced onion
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz

Directions

Boil water and cook noodles according to directions. Meanwhile sautee chopped onion, celery and mushrooms. Add back to pot with drained noodles along with yogurt, tuna and milk.
Spread into an 11 x 15 inch baking dish and top with mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut into 12 squares.
