Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    1 cup non-fat or low-fat plain yogurt
    1 cup plain soymilk
    stevia drops or packets to taste
    2 tbsp carob powder


Directions

Slice banana and blend in a blender with other ingredients until smooth. Makes two 8 oz servings.
