Introduction

This is a staple christmas dish that my grandmother makes for christmas morning brunch. This is a half recipe I also excluded the sausage because i didn't have any on hand (plus i don't really like the stuff haha) This is a staple christmas dish that my grandmother makes for christmas morning brunch. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 cup milk
    .5 cup cheese
    3 slices bread (cubed)
    *.5 lb sausage (optional)
    -> in place of the sausage this time i used .5 cup of red green and yellow peppers

Directions

lightly beat eggs add the remaining ingredients and stir together. Pour into cassarole dish of choice. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

*if adding meat, brown before adding to the mixture.
