Ingredients

    100 grams prepared spaghetti squash (squash should be al dente)
    3/4 cup milk, skim
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    2 tablespoons Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    dash nutmeg

Directions

Heat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredient in oven safe baking dish. Bake in ban marie for 60 minutes.
