Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Cured Ham, 2 cup ( I used left overs)
Carrots, raw, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Onions, raw, 1 large
Potato, raw, 6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
Campbell's Cream of chicken and Mushroom Soup
Salt and Pepper to taste
I put everything excpet the soups in the slow cooker. I added enough water just to cover, then added the two cans of soup. I put this on in the morning and it was nice and hot by dinner time, add a roll and sald, perfect end on a cold evening
