The best banana bread ever

Ingredients

    ½ cup olivina margarine
    ½ cup granulated sugar
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 ½ cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (3 or 4 bananas)
    ¼ cup sour cream
    ¼ cup plain yogurt
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½ cup chopped pecans
    ¼ cup chocolate chips


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan (I used cooking spray). With an electric mixer (I used my food processor because I couldn't find my mixer), cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Add the dry ingredients together and combine with butter mixture. Add the bananas, sour cream, yogurt and vanilla. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips and pour batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour until done. Turn out onto rack to cool.
