Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza

Introduction

Thin crust pizza with just enough pepperoni to give it a kick! YUM! Thin crust pizza with just enough pepperoni to give it a kick! YUM!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread (square)

    3/4 c. mozzarella (3 oz)

    1/4 c. pizza sauce

    1 oz. pepperoni, cut into thin strips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Place lavash on cookie sheet, spread pizza sauce onto lavash bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella & then pepperoni strips. Bake until cheese melted. Cut into 4 squares - serving is 2 squares.
