Herb Cursted Baked Salmon

Ingredients

    1 Atlantic Salmon Filet, 2 lbs.
    2 T Minced Garlic
    2T Dried Thyme Leaves
    2 T Fresh Lemon Zest
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    2 T Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine garlic, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil to make a paste. Place fish skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet. Spread herb mixture over fish. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaky.
