1 Lb. 80/20 ground beef(or leaner if you wish, the fat from the 80% gives it a lot of flavor w/o too much damage).
1 box (13.25 oz) Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells
1 can (14.5 oz) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes - Green Pepper, Celery, & Onion
2 cans (10.75 oz) Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef. When beef has cooked thru, (don't drain off the cooked fat), add diced tomatoes and tomato soup. Let simmer while pasta cooks.
When pasta is "al dente" remove from stove and drain in a collander. Place drained pasta back into the cooking pot. Add ground beef and tomato mixture. Stir well.
