Turkey Noodle Soup

Submitted by: KKELLY01

Introduction

I made this with the wild turkey (and stock from it) that my husband killed this spring...yum! You could certainly substitute chicken and homemade chicken stock in here as well. • Great way to use up left over Thanksgiving turkey! I also added diced onions, a clove of garlic, sauted with a a bit of crushed red pepper flakes and used no yolk egg noodles as that is what I had. Let it all simmer for a couple of hours on the stove, certainly beats canned soup hands down, thanks! - 11/28/08
