Chocolate Pie

Introduction

VERY quick and easy to make and SO good! VERY quick and easy to make and SO good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 oz cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
    1 tbsp skim milk
    1 Bakers Sweet German Chocolate Bar (set aside 3 squares)
    2 tsp sugar
    1 8 oz bowl Cool Whip Light
    1 Keebler Chocolate Pie Crust

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine milk, cream cheese, sugar, and all but 3 squares of the chocolate bar over low heat, stir until smooth. Allow chocolate mix to chill slightly. (about 5-10 minutes in the fridge). In a bowl, combine cool whip and chocolate mix. Stir until smooth, careful not to destroy the cool whip. Once cool whip and chocolate are mixed well, pour into the pie crust. With the 3 remainin squares of chocolate, shave the bars as garnish on the top of the pie. Cover and place in fridge for 4 hours or until firm.
