Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup
Egg Yolk, 1.5 large
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .33 cup
Pepper, black, 1 dash
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Add all remaining ingrediant except olive oil and blend throughly.
Mould into patties and leave to chill in the refrigerator.
Fry chilled patties lightly in olive oil, leaving to rest on paper towel to soak up excess.
