L.R. venison chili

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground venison
258g (2 cups) chopped onions
200g (2 cups) chopped green peppers
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. season-all
2 cups tomato sauce
1 qt. canned tomatoes
2 qt. cooked or canned pinto beans
2 T. beef base
1 T. worcestershire sauce
2 cups water
Directions
In a large kettle, brown venison with onion, green peppers and garlic. Add seasoning and cook and stir for about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until flavors are blended. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Makes about 19 cups.
