    1 Flat out multi-grain (90 calories)
    1 Tbsp wasabi mustard
    1 cup fresh spinach

Directions

Drain one can of chunk light tuna packed in water
Open flat out (just 90 calories) and add a cup of spinach, the entire can of drained tuna, and wasabi mustard to taste. Roll up and enjoy a healthy, hearty lunch packed full of flavor and nutrients.
